Split Shipments

Whenever possible we will combine items into one shipment, i.e. posters ordered at the same time as framed prints will be shipped with the framed print.

When will your order be ready?

• We are open for collections Monday to Friday, 9am - 4pm
• Please contact us to let us know you are coming
• Poster prints: Available to collect next working day
• Framed posters: Available to collect within 3-4 working days
• Canvas prints: Available to collect within 2-3 working days

Damage

Our prints are carefully put into strong postal tubes or cardboard packages with plenty of bubble wrap, which are securely sealed ready for delivery. Now, although our packaging is pretty strong they are not fully Royal Mail/Parcelforce proof. On the very rare occasions that this does happen then please take a photo of the damage, send it to us, we will reprint & despatch as quickly as possible.

We want you to be happy with your photo prints

If you are not satisfied with the quality of your print, please email us within 7 working days of delivery. As our service is a personalised printing service, we will normally offer a reprint if the standard of your purchase is not as expected. In the event of a refund, we ask that you return the poster to us at your expense.
